2. Eligibility

To open an account and use the kd88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kd88 conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Providing false age information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you as an individual. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of kd88 complies with the laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. All accounts must represent the real, individual user and no account may be opened or operated by an agent, proxy, or automated process.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of kd88, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless kd88 has provided express written permission.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kd88 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the mobile banking providers listed in the payment section of your account. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your kd88 wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. kd88 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, charges may apply from your mobile banking provider.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional identity verification is required.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other players, or unverified accounts are not permitted. kd88 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source if a withdrawal cannot be processed to the nominated account.
• kd88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• In cases where kd88 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform, kd88 may freeze the account and suspend all withdrawals pending an internal investigation. During an investigation, kd88 is not obliged to disclose the details of the investigation to the account holder.

kd88 does not accept cash deposits, bank wire transfers, cheques, or any payment method not listed in the platform's payment section. Attempting to use an unsupported payment method may result in delays or the return of funds without credit to your kd88 account.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The kd88 platform is provided for individual recreational use only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, or both, as well as potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games in a way that is not through normal human operation of a supported browser or mobile device.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including coordinating bets, sharing hole-card information in live poker games, or exploiting multi-accounting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities, deliberately losing to transfer funds between accounts, or using the platform to move funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine gambling activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain credits, free spins, or any other benefit that would not be available under normal platform operation. If you discover a bug that affects game outcomes or account balances you are required to report it to kd88 support immediately.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, operating the platform as a service for third parties, or advertising competing services through any channel associated with your kd88 account.

kd88 monitors platform activity continuously using automated systems and human review teams. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct may be flagged, investigated, and actioned without prior notice. kd88's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kd88 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

kd88 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kd88 is not responsible for any loss of funds arising from network failures, payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond kd88's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, or telecommunications failures. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

10. Termination of Accounts

You may close your kd88 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to an active investigation or withdrawal restriction will be returned to your nominated payment account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

kd88 reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms & Conditions, for fraudulent or abusive conduct, for failure to complete KYC, or for any other reason that kd88 reasonably determines warrants closure. In cases of termination for cause, kd88 may withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not returned upon termination for cause.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kd88 operates as an online platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the kd88 platform complies with all laws applicable to you. Any disputes relating to platform decisions, account actions, or game outcomes should be directed to kd88 customer support in the first instance. kd88 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through support, kd88 may refer it to an independent review process.
